It has been observed over the years that one of the major reasons why some people are unemployed is the lack of relevant skill(s). Sometimes, it could be due to negligence on the part of the job seeker, but most times, it is not always so. Most job seekers are faced with the challenge of not having the enough funds to learn that skill that will position them for desired job opportunities, thereby, making them to remain at the same skill level for several years and loosing out to better priviledged candidates.

We have decided not to turn a blind eye to this challenge. Thus, we have come up with a training program that will hold periodically. During this training, participants will be exposed to relevant workplace skills (soft skills and IT skills). Our resource persons will train them and afterwards, they will be given learning resources for further learning.
